Refund Policy
At RankRocket, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch SEO services to our clients. We are confident in our ability to help our clients achieve their online marketing goals. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a client may need to cancel or request a refund for our services. Therefore, we have created the following refund policy:
Refunds
If, for any reason, a client is not satisfied with our SEO services, they may request a refund within 7 business days after completion of the service. To start the refund process, you must send a request for the refund within the 7 days after completion of the service. The request must explain in detail why a refund is being requested. Send refund requests to billing@rankrocket.us.
Cancellations
Clients can cancel their SEO services by providing written notice to billing@rankrocket.us. This notice must be sent to RankRocket within 7 business days after being billed. Upon receipt of the notice, we will stop providing services and bill the client only for the services we have already provided. Failure to send the notice within the first 7 days, will result in the client being deemed non-eligible for cancellation. RankRocket would then complete the requested services followed by cancellation of future services.
Terminations
If we terminate our SEO services for breach of the agreement by the client, we will refund the client for any unused portion of the services.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for services that have been provided for more than 7 days. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for any expenses we have incurred, such as paid advertising or software subscriptions.
Processing of Refunds
We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving a request for a refund.
Changes to Refunds
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. After changes have been made, current customers will receive a notification via email about the changes.
